
A MULTI-SUBJECT CAMPAIGN WITH AN IRONIC AND AMUSING TONE.
We wanted to make Duemmecasa known in a different and original way, differentiating ourselves from our competitors’ communication, aiming to surprise with a disruptive visual that would immediately catch the eye and draw a smile.
An advertising campaign that engages the target audience on an empathetic level, reassuring those who have to deal with a renovation and are terrified by the multiple paperwork to manage and the organisation of work that construction works involve.
The star of the campaign is the customer, shown in a pure relaxing moment, like a hot bath, which takes place, however, inside a wheelbarrow in the worksite of his home. Helpless, naked, but completely relaxed, at ease, because the management of the work is completely carefree, handled by the Duemmecasa professionals. Renovate, relax: the headline reinforces the visual part and completes it, making the message even more powerful. A concept that lends itself to a multi-subject campaign, with visuals of other unlikely but always relaxing situations, such as a massage with hot bricks instead of stones. An interesting concept that lends itself to the creation of many different subjects.
The campaign visual was then adapted for the various online and offline media.
Thanks to coordinated shooting and motion graphic design work, a commercial was created, entirely using the stop motion technique, which was broadcast on local television stations, as well as on all brand channels.




Duemmecasa is also a well-known real estate agency in the Sebino area. For the promotion of this other service, we created a copy-ad for them: THE HOUSE OF DREAMS IN THE REAL WORLD. A very direct headline containing the word ISEO, highlighted graphically, to link the service even more closely to the area. This advertising campaign was mainly conveyed offline, through billboards, posters and direct marketing. On the digital side, geolocalised advertisements were created on the Meta platform.

A DIGITAL STRATEGY AIMED AT ENHANCING THE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT PROFILE AND MAKING THE COMMUNICATION OF SERVICES CLEARER.
The digital communication also had to reflect the newly built corporate image. The Instagram page @duemmecasa_iseo now looks neat and very professional: an editorial plan with postings of three images at a time, linked by a common theme, ranging from the renovation sector to real estate.

An in-depth project, also supported by press office and advertising activities, which has positioned the company appropriately in the sector and enabled it to get closer to the goal of TOM (top of mind) awareness that we had set ourselves at the beginning of the collaboration.
