FOR THE AGENCY, THE OPENING OF POLIAMBULATORIO SANT’AGATA WAS THE CREATIVE AND LOGISTICAL OPPORTUNITY FOR A MULTIDISCIPLINARY, TURN-KEY PROJECT. THE TEAM, HAVING CREATED THE BRAND AND CORPORATE IDENTITY, ALSO DESIGNED AND PLANNED WEB DESIGN AND WEB DEVELOPMENT.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS AND THE TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT, WORKING TOGETHER, ACHIEVED THE OBJECTIVE OF TRANSMITTING THE SYMBOLIC VALUES OF THE NEWBORN SANT’AGATA OUTPATIENT CLINIC, GUARANTEEING USERS CLEAR NAVIGABILITY AND PRECISE, EASILY READABLE CONTENT, FUNDAMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A WEBSITE THAT TALKS ABOUT HEALTH AND MEDICINE.

WEBSITE’S PROGRAMMING WAS CARRIED OUT COMPLETELY IN-HOUSE TO GUARANTEE CUSTOMISATION, SPEED AND INTEGRATION WITH THE PROJECT’S MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES.

Like every All Creative superwebsites, Poliambulatorio Sant’Agata also begins its development process by collecting and analysing the client’s requirements, the textual and photo material available, as well as the objectives and target audience. In this particular case, a website covering health and medicine, further attention was placed on the intuitiveness of navigation, the clarity of the services offered, accessibility and the ease of booking a service.

The style is feminine, flat, very modern and essential, but at the same time intuitive and easy to read. The concept, ‘Women at the centre’ is expressed through the functional use of an ad hoc created animation, able to dynamically show the main services of the Outpatient Clinic.

The web design of the project paid particular attention to the call to action which – contrary to their natural function of ‘hooks’ placed in particular positions to promote purchase – here play the fundamental role of a contact and booking tool, always clearly visible and reachable by the user.

Once the web design was completed, a phase carried out always in close contact with the client, the web development phase began. Developed entirely within the agency, our web department began by building a solid base of administrative management of the site content (backend). It was indeed clear that the nature of the Sant’Agata Outpatient Clinic as a medical practice required flexibility and customisation of content: outpatient services, health courses, doctors, female doctors and health specialists are entirely editable by the client.

THIS CUSTOMISATION OF CONTENT WAS MADE POSSIBLE BY THE AD-HOC CREATION OF PAGE LAYOUTS, GRAPHIC TEMPLATES AND CUSTOMISED FUNCTIONS ENTIRELY IN-HOUSE.

Technically, the website was developed using various markdown and programming languages. The style part was developed using HTML5 and CSS3; through the use of SASS files it was possible to write lean, light and fast code, but also incredibly customised through the use of MIXIN and variables for media-query and more complex style elements. For the animations, the GSAP library was used, which, together with the rest of the JS code, made it possible to give dynamism to the Poliambulatorio Sant’Agata site.

Like all All Creative superwebsites, the responsive programming phase is particularly careful and precise both to the target audience and to preserving the site’s style and identity. Through the use of media-query, layouts for smartphones, tablets (landscape and portrait) notebooks and 4K desktops are tested.

The job is completed with the optimisation of the site for Google indexing: Tag Manager, meta title and description and integration with Google Search Console.
