L’AGOBOTTEGA WAS BORN FROM THE ENTHUSIASM OF MICHELA AND FRANCESCA. IT IS A SARTORIAL WORKSHOP IN CONSTANT MOTION, NEVER STATIC AND NEVER THE SAME. THEY ENCOURAGE PERSONALITY AND UNIQUENESS, THEY SEARCH FOR IT IN CLOTHES, ACCESSORIES, FABRICS AND DETAILS.

OBJECTIVE: TO REPRESENT THE SYMBOLIC VALUES OF THE ATELIER WITH A SUPERWEBSITE, ENSURING USERS CLEAR NAVIGABILITY AND UNIQUE CONTENT RICH IN PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER

Like any All Creative superwebsites, L’agobottega also begins its development process by collecting and analysing the client’s requirements, the textual and photo material available, as well as the objectives and target audience.

The chosen palette reflects the soul of the two owners, cheerful and colourful, like their clothes. Green is the great protagonist of the palette, lighter to refer to the shade of their physical shop while the darker green, combined with shades of blue, becomes a symbol of the Lake Iseo location. There is also no lack of references to femininity in the palette, with shades of pink and red.

Completely tailor-made, just like their stunning clothes, the website is the result of creative work designed item by item by our webdesigners, and is presented as a sublime symphony of details that will immerse you in the unique atmosphere of a tailor’s workshop full of history. Buttons, pointers, unique and clearly identifiable graphic elements.

The challenge was to create an #ecommerce that is both functional and original at the same time, where every element is, once again, tailor-made. Here, the undecided can get lost in the extensive collection and be inspired by the wonderful image galleries. At the same time, those who already have a clear idea of their purchase can easily select their favourite category thanks to pre-set filters, or even find their dream dress with a simple touch, thanks to the zoom lens always accessible in the menu!

ONCE THE WEB DESIGN WAS DONE, A PHASE ALWAYS CARRIED OUT IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER, THE WEB DEVELOPMENT PHASE KICKED OFF.

The website was developed using various markdown and programming languages. The style part was created with HTML5 and CSS3; thanks to the SASS files, it was possible to write a lean, light and fast code, but also highly customisable through the use of MIXIN and variables for media-query and more complex style elements. For the animations, the GSAP library was used, which, together with the rest of the JS code, made it possible to add dynamism to the site.

CUSTOMISATION OF CONTENT WAS MADE POSSIBLE BY THE AD-HOC CREATION OF PAGE LAYOUTS, GRAPHIC TEMPLATES AND CUSTOMISED FUNCTIONS ENTIRELY IN-HOUSE.

The responsive design programming was carried out very carefully to ensure that the site keeps its style and identity on every device, carefully considering the target audience. Using media-query, layouts were tested on smartphones, tablets (both landscape and portrait modes), notebooks and 4K desktops.

Given the volume of online visitors, and the desire to maintain the photos of Michela and Francesca’s beautiful creations at the highest possible quality, code optimisation was followed by the use of CDN-based techniques, or content distribution network, for the web hosting part offered by the agency.

The job ended with the optimisation of the site for Google indexing: Tag Manager, meta title and description, and integration with Google Search Console.
